This weekend should be a perfectly beautiful one for the Fall Rod Run. With a terrific forecast (highs in the mid-80s and lows in the upper-50s with low humidity) folks will be coming to view and trade cars from all over the country. Many of our area guests come to park in our lot or to have a moment of prayer with the prayer team. Some join us for worship on Sunday. What an opportunity for witness!

Funds raised this weekend help support our missions throughout the year.

Last week, Pastor Terry took 25 bags to a local school to be distributed among a special group of students. These kids were recommended by their teachers as needing some food assistance over the weekend. We don't know each child's situation, but we do know that, sometimes, there simply isn't enough food in the house or an adult isn't at home to prepare hot meals at regular times. These bags contain the food needed for a child to have six simple meals and snacks so they can come to school on Monday refreshed and ready to learn.

Through the school year, to make the distribution process easier, church volunteers will gather the food items and pack a month's worth of bags at the church office. Each week, church staff or volunteers will carry 25 bags to a local school for distribution. If you are interested in helping pack the bags, please contact Jeana Kirby.

To support the project financially, you can give to the 10x25 Project at any time. Please write "10x25 Project" on your check's memo line. To give online, simply select the 10x25 Project option from the drop-down menu of funds.

Church leaders, if you have ideas for events, curriculum, etc., that we need to figure into the 2026 Budget, please contact Wendy as soon as possible. Your input is valuable and appreciated!
