Golden Offering for Tennessee Missions

  • The state missions offering provides funds for ministries that help reach Tennessee for Christ.
  • The Golden Offering is collected all year with a special emphasis on giving and praying for state missions during the month of September.
  • The Golden Offering for Tennessee Missions works in conjunction with the Cooperative Program to effectively meet needs and to support ministries in Tennessee.
  • Associational Ministries - 15% of whatever a church gives through GOTM will be returned to the association with whom the church is affiliated. There are no restrictions on how the association spends the money, but it is requested that they apply it to ministries that support people being saved, baptized and discipled.

10x25 Project

We have raised nearly $6,000 for the 10x25 Project!!! But don't stop now!

Remember, the missions team will continue to purchase food for these bags throughout the school year. If they receive funds from YOU, that frees up the Rod Run income for other local ministries.
$10 will supply a child with a weekend's worth of food.
$250 will help feed 25 children.
To support the project financially, you can give to the 10x25 Project at any time. Please write "10x25 Project" on your check's memo line. To give online, simply select the 10x25 Project option from the drop-down menu of funds.

Notes on Giving

Did you know that you can give to First Baptist Church in several different ways?

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Online donation
  • Text your donation

Text-to-Give

Text FBCPIGEONFORGE to 73256, followed by their gift amount, to give online through text.

Online Giving

Giving online is easy, safe, and secure. One of the advantages of using the online giving app via your phone or computer, is you can set up a payment anytime from anywhere.

Debit cards, checks (ACH), and credit cards are all accepted. (There is a small fee associated with debit and credit cards.)

You can make a one-time payment or set up an ongoing payment.

How to Give Online

Just like a cash or check donation, online giving offers you the opportunity to direct your giving where you want it to go. See the image below.

  1. Enter the amount you want to give and to which fund(s). The drop-down menu lists the various active funds that you can give to.
  2. Check the Dedication box if you want to give in memory or in honor of someone.
  3. Select GIVE ONCE or GIVE MULTIPLE TIMES.
    1. The default is GIVE ONCE.
    2. If you select GIVE MULTIPLE TIMES, you can select the frequency from a drop-down menu.
  4. Select the date you wish to process the gift. Same-day card transactions are processed if they're entered before midnight.
  5. Enter your email address. This will be affiliated with your file within the church database. If you've not created an account, you will do that on the next page.

On the next page, you will enter your banking information to complete the transaction.
