FBC Women

She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.

Proverbs 31:25

We, the women of FBCPF,  are constantly seeking ways to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ our Lord. These days we need each other more than ever. We at FBCPF believe that women are an integral part of the life of the church and community. They can be strong leaders who participate in worship, lead Bible studies, prepare for luncheons,  respond to the grief-stricken, and help in a myriad of other ways. Their service is a testament to their faith in Christ as they proclaim His word through their words and actions.

Are you a faithful follower of Jesus Christ? The answer lies in your heart, when you asked God to forgive your sins and accepted His grace through faith.

The Bible instructs all Christ followers to “make disciples” of the world. In other words, every follower of Jesus Christ is to tell people about how to receive forgiveness for their sins by grace through faith.

Are you frustrated that you never learned how or don’t feel comfortable telling other people how they can become a Christ follower?

Would you like to read a simple story about how one person teaches another person how to become a Christ follower and then teaches them how to tell their family, friends, or anyone how to become a follower of Jesus? This is called living a Grace Life.

Grace Life is a parable about how Sam (the modern-day Good Samaritan) helps Anna deal with her father’s death by teaching her how to live a Grace Life.
Beginning Tuesday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m., Mrs. Gale Adams will lead a ladies’ book study using the book “Grace Life,” written by Pastor Terry.

The class will meet in a classroom across from the fellowship hall and is open to all women in our church community. Invite your friends and family, too!

There is no charge for the class, but registration is encouraged so we can order the appropriate number of books. A signup form will be available on the bulletin board in the hallway behind the sanctuary. You may also contact Beth at the church office to add your name to the list.
