First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge is seeking an energetic and family-focused Worship/Family Pastor to serve as an Associate Pastor. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging leader who desires to grow in ministry while helping lead a multigenerational congregation.

This pastor will:

• Lead weekly worship services and direct the choir.
• Assist the Lead Pastor in strengthening discipleship and Bible study ministries.
• Help cultivate relationships within the church and in our unique Smoky Mountain community.

The goal is to create a multigenerational congregation in the Smoky Mountain region. We are a welcoming church with a heart for the Great Commission and a desire to grow as a healthy, gospel-centered body. Our congregation values both tradition and thoughtful growth.

The ideal candidate:

• Demonstrates a clear call to ministry.
• Affirms and supports Southern Baptist doctrine and mission.
• Is relational, teachable, and team-oriented.
• Demonstrates strong musical and leadership skills.

• Desires to help lead a church toward spiritual health and growth.

Are you interested in working with small children in a church setting? Can you dedicate three hours each Sunday morning to caring for our littlest worshippers? First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge is seeking a part-time nursery worker on Sundays (other opportunities for work are possible). Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a current CPR certificate. A background check will be required.
