Worship/Family Pastor
This full-time Associate Pastor role is responsible for leading the church’s entire music ministry, including worship leadership and the choir. The ideal candidate will respect the church’s current musical traditions while helping guide the congregation toward a more blended worship style.
In addition to worship leadership, the Worship/Family Pastor will assist the Lead Pastor in building strong relationships within the church and the surrounding community. This role will also help the church fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples and assisting in developing and maintaining a comprehensive discipleship and Bible study program.
The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministering to people of all ages and will work to help the church grow as a healthy, multigenerational congregation.

Nursery Worker
Are you interested in working with small children in a church setting? Can you dedicate three hours each Sunday morning to caring for our littlest worshippers? First Baptist Church Pigeon Forge is seeking a part-time nursery worker on Sundays (other opportunities for work are possible). Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and have a current CPR certificate. A background check will be required.
